Welcome to JobMCQ Multiplayer Battle, an educational quiz and multiplayer competition platform developed and operated by Twintech Soft.

These Terms of Service explain how you can use JobMCQ Multiplayer Battle, participate in quizzes, earn virtual coins, purchase additional lives, compete with other players, and access our educational features.

Our goal is to help Bangladeshi job seekers, university students, and fresh graduates prepare for competitive examinations through engaging quizzes and interactive learning experiences.

By downloading, accessing, or using JobMCQ Multiplayer Battle, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue using the application.

1. About JobMCQ Multiplayer Battle

JobMCQ Multiplayer Battle is an educational quiz application designed to support preparation for job recruitment examinations, competitive tests, and general knowledge assessments.

The application may provide the following features:

• Free category-based multiple-choice quizzes.
• Educational hints and question explanations where available.
• Virtual coin rewards for correct answers.
• Multiplayer Battle Royale quiz competitions.
• Virtual lives for continuing multiplayer gameplay.
• Hourly virtual coin collection through advertisements.
• Referral and friend-invitation rewards.
• Player rankings and leaderboard features.
• In-app purchases for additional virtual lives.
• Other educational and interactive features introduced in the future.

Features may be updated, modified, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued as we improve the application.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms of Service under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the age of 18, you should use the application with the permission and guidance of your parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

You agree to:

3. Free Category-Based Quizzes

JobMCQ Multiplayer Battle provides different categories of educational quizzes to help users practice questions relevant to job preparation and competitive examinations.

Users may select available categories and answer multiple-choice questions without purchasing virtual lives.

3.1 Correct Answers and Coin Rewards

Under the standard quiz reward system:

• A user may receive 3 virtual coins for a correct answer submitted without using a hint.
• A user may receive 2 virtual coins for a correct answer submitted after using an available hint.
• A user may receive 1 virtual coin for a correct answer when the applicable referral-related reward condition is met.

These rewards are virtual in-app benefits and are not cash, monetary income, or a promise of financial compensation.

Reward availability, eligibility, and applicable conditions may be displayed within the application.

3.2 Incorrect Answers and Advertisements

When a user submits an incorrect answer in a standard quiz, the application may display one advertisement before allowing the user to continue to the next question.

Advertisement availability may depend on the advertising provider, internet connectivity, regional availability, and applicable advertising policies.

Users must not manipulate advertisements, repeatedly trigger ad requests through automated methods, or engage in fraudulent advertising activity.

4. Hints and Educational Assistance

JobMCQ Multiplayer Battle may provide hints or other educational assistance to help users understand quiz questions.

A hint may affect the virtual coin reward available for a correct answer.

Hints are intended to support learning and should not be considered a guarantee that an answer is correct or that a user will pass an examination.

Hint availability and usage conditions may vary by question or quiz category.

5. Multiplayer Battle Royale

JobMCQ Multiplayer Battle includes a multiplayer quiz competition in which players compete by answering questions correctly.

5.1 Lobby and Competition Structure

A standard Battle Royale lobby is designed to accommodate up to 10 players.

Once the required players have joined and the competition begins, participants answer questions in successive rounds.

5.2 Elimination Rules

• A player who submits an incorrect answer may be eliminated from the current competition.
• Players who remain in the competition continue to the subsequent rounds.
• The competition continues until one eligible player remains or the competition ends according to the applicable game rules.

5.3 Multiplayer Lives

Users may purchase or obtain virtual lives through supported in-app reward systems.

When an eligible player submits an incorrect answer, an available life may allow the player to continue to the next question instead of being eliminated.

The number of lives required, their availability, and the conditions for using them may be displayed within the application.

Virtual lives do not guarantee a win, a particular leaderboard position, or any financial reward.

5.4 Fair Competition

All players are expected to participate fairly. Cheating, exploiting technical vulnerabilities, manipulating game results, or interfering with other participants is prohibited.

We may investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action where necessary to protect the fairness and integrity of competitions.

6. Virtual Coins and Rewards

JobMCQ Multiplayer Battle uses virtual coins as an in-app reward mechanism.

Virtual coins may be earned through eligible activities, including:

• Correct answers in supported quizzes.
• Eligible referral-related quiz activities.
• Hourly coin collection through advertisements.
• Other reward activities made available in the application.

Virtual coins:

• Are not legal tender or real-world currency.
• Have no guaranteed monetary value.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn as money.
• Cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the application.
• Are subject to the applicable in-app reward rules.

We may correct virtual coin balances when necessary to address technical errors, duplicate rewards, fraudulent activity, or incorrect calculations.

7. Hourly Coin Collection

The application may provide an hourly coin collection feature that allows eligible users to collect virtual coins by watching advertisements.

The following conditions may apply:

• An advertisement must be available and successfully completed where required.
• Collection may be limited to a specific time interval.
• A user may need to wait until the next eligible collection period.
• Rewards may not be available if the advertising provider does not return an eligible advertisement.

We do not guarantee that advertisements or hourly rewards will always be available.

8. Referral and Invite Friends Program

JobMCQ Multiplayer Battle may provide referral links or invitation features that allow users to invite friends to the application.

8.1 Referral-Related Quiz Rewards

Eligible users may receive a virtual coin reward when they participate in the applicable referral activity and submit a correct answer.

Where the referral reward condition applies, the user may receive 1 virtual coin for a correct answer.

8.2 Friend Invitation Rewards

Users may receive a bonus of 3 virtual lives for successfully inviting friends through the supported invitation system.

Invitation rewards may be subject to eligibility requirements, successful attribution, and anti-abuse checks.

We may withhold or reverse invitation rewards associated with fake accounts, self-referrals, automated invitations, or other fraudulent activity.

Users must not send unsolicited messages, spam, or misleading promotional content when inviting friends.

9. In-App Purchases and Google Play Billing

JobMCQ Multiplayer Battle may offer virtual lives and other eligible digital products for purchase through Google Play Billing.

All purchases must be completed using the supported payment process provided by Google Play.

9.1 Purchase Confirmation

A purchase is subject to successful payment authorization and confirmation.

Purchased virtual items may be delivered to the user's account after the purchase has been verified.

Users should not attempt to bypass Google Play Billing or manipulate purchase verification.

9.2 Virtual Lives

Purchased lives are virtual digital items intended for use within JobMCQ Multiplayer Battle.

Virtual lives are not physical goods, cannot be transferred to another user, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

9.3 Refunds and Billing Issues

Purchases are subject to the applicable Google Play purchase, cancellation, and refund policies and any mandatory consumer protection laws.

Refund eligibility and refund processing are determined according to the applicable payment platform rules and legal requirements.

If a purchase is completed but the purchased item is not delivered, users may contact our support team for assistance.

We may remove refunded, reversed, or chargeback-related virtual items from an account where permitted by applicable law.

10. Advertisements and Third-Party Services

JobMCQ Multiplayer Battle uses third-party advertising services, including:

• Google AdMob
• Unity Ads

These advertising providers may display advertisements within the application.

Advertising content, availability, personalization, and delivery may be controlled by the relevant advertising provider.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, availability, or suitability of third-party advertisements.

Users should review the terms and privacy policies of third-party services when using those services.

11. Leaderboards and Player Rankings

JobMCQ Multiplayer Battle may display leaderboards featuring the top 20 players and other available player rankings.

Rankings may be determined by factors such as quiz performance, accumulated virtual rewards, multiplayer results, or other criteria used by the application.

Leaderboard positions may change as users participate in quizzes and competitions.

We may correct ranking errors, remove fraudulent results, or adjust leaderboard calculations when necessary.

A leaderboard position does not guarantee a cash prize, employment opportunity, scholarship, or other real-world benefit unless a separate official promotion expressly provides otherwise.

12. Educational Disclaimer

JobMCQ Multiplayer Battle is an educational and quiz-based learning application.

Our quizzes are intended to help users practice and improve their knowledge for job preparation and competitive examinations.

The application does not guarantee:

• Employment or recruitment success.
• Passing any examination.
• Admission to any educational institution.
• Accuracy or completeness of every question or answer.
• Availability of official examination questions.

Users should verify important educational information through official examination authorities and reliable learning resources.

13. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Manipulate virtual coin or life balances.
