1. Who we are
JobMCQ – Multiplayer Battle (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is a multiplayer quiz game and job-exam practice app operated by Twintech Soft. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account details: name, email address and/or phone number, and password, when you register or log in with email, phone number (OTP), Google or Facebook.
- Profile details: display name, avatar and any information you add when editing your profile.
- Support messages: anything you send us when you contact us.
Information collected automatically
- Gameplay data: quiz answers, scores, coins, XP, ranks, match history and leaderboard position.
- Device and usage data: device model, operating system version, app version, language, crash logs, performance data and how you use features.
- Identifiers: advertising ID, Firebase installation ID and push-notification token.
- Purchase information: if you buy in-app items, Google Play processes the payment. We receive confirmation of the purchase but not your card or bank details.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data.
3. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and let you log in.
- To run quiz matches, lobbies, leaderboards, rewards and progress tracking.
- To show other players your display name, avatar and rank in multiplayer features.
- To send notifications about matches, rewards and updates (you can turn these off in your device settings).
- To show ads and measure their performance.
- To analyse usage, fix bugs, and prevent fraud and cheating.
- To respond to support requests and meet legal obligations.
4. Third-party services
The App uses trusted third-party services that may collect or process data under their own privacy policies:

5. Advertising
The App shows ads served by Google AdMob. Ads may be personalised using your advertising ID. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads). Where required, we ask for your consent before showing personalised ads.
6. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with the service providers listed above, to operate the App;
- with other players, limited to your display name, avatar, score and rank;
- when required by law or legal process, or to protect rights, safety and security;
- in a business transfer such as a merger or sale, with notice to you.
7. Data retention and account deletion
We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed to provide the App and meet legal obligations.
How to delete your account and data: use the delete-account option in the App’s profile settings (if available), or email official@twintechsoft.com from your registered email address or phone number with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, except data we must keep for legal, fraud-prevention or security reasons.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at official@twintechsoft.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Children’s privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International data transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
12. Fair play and community
Multiplayer features show your display name and avatar to other players. Do not use personal information (such as your phone number or email) as your display name. We may suspend accounts that cheat or abuse other players.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. Significant changes will be communicated in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
